Terms and Conditions

Agreement Between the Parties

This document establishes the terms and conditions governing participation in the self-driven 4×4 excursion organized by the Viajes Idea Agency and the Excursionist, hereinafter collectively referred to as “The Parties.”

Conditions of the Agreement

FIRST: The Agency has informed the Excursionist of the conditions of the excursion covered by this agreement. The Excursionist confirms having been duly informed, is satisfied with the information provided, and has had the opportunity to ask necessary questions regarding the obligations, rights, and risks inherent in participating in this activity.

SECOND: The excursion will take place in a protected area, specifically the Natural Park, along the following routes:

• PF-21. General Forest Track – Fran Santana
• PF-11. El Cabrito
• PF-22. Llano de La Mosca
• PF-13. Los Lomos
• PF-41. Pico de la Nieve

The activity will be conducted as a self-driven excursion, lasting approximately 4 hours, with a total cost of €85 per person.

Risk Acceptance

THIRD: The Excursionist accepts the possible risks inherent in participating in the excursion, which include, but are not limited to:

• The presence of other excursions in vehicles not organized by the Agency that may coincide on the same routes.
• Sections of increased difficulty that will require extreme caution.
• Prolonged descents with curves, where speed must be moderated to avoid self-inflicted or third-party damage.

The Excursionist assumes full responsibility for any damage, whether physical or material, arising from failure to comply with instructions or recommendations provided by the excursion guide.

Requirements and Responsibilities

FOURTH: The Excursionist must hold a valid and current driving license, agreeing to carry it during the entire excursion and present it when requested.

FIFTH: The Agency has secured accident insurance and civil liability insurance with sufficient coverage for any contingencies that may arise during the excursion.

SIXTH: The Agency, its representatives, and collaborators (whether individuals or legal entities) will not assume responsibility for accidents not attributable to the organization that may occur during the activity.

SEVENTH: The Excursionist assumes any harm that may result from their health condition or physical state during their participation in the excursion, releasing the Agency and its collaborators from any related responsibility.

Notifications and Jurisdiction

EIGHTH: Any notification related to this agreement must be made via a reliable method to the addresses indicated in the header of the document.

NINTH: The Parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Los Llanos de Aridane (Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife) for the resolution of any disputes related to the interpretation and/or execution of this agreement.

Note: By participating in the excursion, the Excursionist is understood to have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
